Project Overview: The homeowner wished to renovate an outdated 1980’s bath into a comfortable and elegant guest bath, attached to the guest bedroom. A tub was removed and replaced with a frameless glassed in shower, complete with custom tile mural. A furniture style Italian vanity was refitted with a Rojo Alicante marble top and gold faucets with a tiny gargoyle serving as the spout. The ornate mirror came from a former house where it had served as a foyer piece.
